Venue Hires:-
It has been a very busy time over the last few weeks with a number of party bookings happening at the Club. It is great to see a variety of businesses, schools and other sporting clubs enjoying a game of bowls whilst celebrating the festive season.
Thank you to all the members who have given up their time to help out. It is greatly appreciated. Anne has received some great feedback from the people attending these parties which is great.
Burger & Bowls:-
Burger & Bowls has finished for 2020! We had a pretty good turn out over the last 5 weeks with a number of new faces. A shame about the weather which didn’t play nice a couple of those nights but still over all, a fun time had by all.
We will back at it in February 2021 so keep an eye out on our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates. I will also send an email out to remind everyone closer to the time.
A few things to put in your calendar for the coming month:-
Club Christmas Dinner:-
We are having our Club Christmas dinner next Friday night – 18th December. It will be a pot luck dinner so bring along a dish and enjoy the festivities.
If you can arrive from 6pm would be great for a 6.30pm start.
Christmas Hamper Raffle:-
This year we are putting a Christmas Hamper together and it would be great if everyone could bring a grocery item to contribute. The bright red hamper in near the pool table. Once we have it nice and full we will raffle it off!
Roll Up Tomorrow:-
Even though a number of our members will be participating in inter club activities tomorrow we will still have a roll up here at the club. J
If you can please be here at 12.30pm to register for a 1pm kick off.
Tomorrow after roll up – we are looking at having a dinner here at the club for anyone who is interested. Dinner will start at 5.30pm. $10.00 per person.
Pakuranga Bowling Club Ham Tournament – Next Saturday – 19th December
Next weekend we will have our annual ham tournament so make sure you are down here participating for a nice big ham!!

Roll Up Boxing Day:-
For everyone who is still around Auckland over the Christmas / New Year period looking for something to do, we will be holding a Boxing Day roll up. So make sure you pop on down, we would love to see you.
Long Sleeve Club Shirts:-
We have a couple of members who are interested in buying long sleeve club shirt. If anyone else is interested in ordering one please let me know as soon as possible.
Reminder – we also have a variety of sizes still available for short sleeve club shirts.
Also, if you change your email address or ph number please let me know so we can keep our records up to date.
